Olympic running coach
Timo Kuhlmann has been a professional running coach for over 12 years and holds the highest coaching licenses in Germany. As a former competitive athlete in triathlon and running, he brings the valuable perspective of an athlete to his coaching. He currently trains runners of all levels—from Olympians to beginners. This ensures that you have a qualified coach by your side to support you in achieving your individual running goals, whatever they may be.
Maryke Louw
Sports physical therapist
Maryke Louw is the Medical Lead at Exakt Health and has been working with runners of all levels and ages for over 20 years. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and an MSc in Sports Injury Management. She has worked in some of the UK’s leading sports injury clinics, where her patients ranged from beginner runners to elite marathon runners in Ethiopia.
